In certain circumstances it may be necessary and/or appropriated to “naturalize” or “customize” your restorations.  This is accomplished by adding stain to your restoration and then firing (glazing) it in an oven.

By glazing restorations it also helps with the cleaning process of the teeth. The surface of the restoration is smoothen and thus easier to maintain good oral health.
